“In the year 2006, we concentrated on achieving additional growth of the volume of mediated loans, especially in the individual sector. Over 55 thousand clients arranged for a loan with our group and average value was CZK 52 thousands . We are particularly satisfied with the growth recorded in the Czech republic and in Slovakia. At the same time, we have successfully expanded into additional markets. We have established Profireal in Bulgaria, and we offered the first loans there at the end of the year. It is our intention to focus on additional European countries in the course of this year”, David Chour, Chairman of the Board of Profireal Group commented upon the results achieved.

The biggest volume of loans negotiated by Profireal fell on the Czech republic, where the group has been operating ever since 1995. As far as the growth rate is concerned, an even better performance was recorded by the Slovak branch of Profireal, which grew by 55 % in the year 2006 alone, on the whole granting loans worth CZK 756 million. A milder growth for Profireal was recorded in Poland. On the whole, loans at an amount of CZK 515 million were reported. At the beginning of November 2006, a historically first loan was provided by Profireal in Bulgaria, too. By the year end, the volume of loans attained an almost two-million level here.

Growing yet faster was Profidebt, a division that deals with retail active debts. Administering active debts total worth CZK 274 million back in the year 2005, it managed to extend the value of outstanding debts to CZK 1.1 billion along the year 2006.

”We needed just a year and a half to attain an accrued volume of bought claims at a nominal value of CZK one billion. We have so managed to rank amongst the most successful companies in this field. At the same time, we have successfully implemented our know–how in the area of collecting these outstanding debts. It is our aim to be a credible partner in dealing with this kind of resolution of questionable claims”, Ing. Karol Jurák, General Manager, assessed the results of the division Profidebt.

The division Profidebt ranks among the biggest companies dealing in the surrenders of retail active debts on the territory of Czech republic and Slovakia. It is a partner to banks and prominent corporations, such as GE Money Bank, Živnostenská banka, Raiffeisenbank, Pozemkový fond ČR, Správa kreditných kariet, Tatrabanka, Poštová banka or Slovak Telekom.

The financial group Profireal Group operates in the area of granting loans and borrowings both for the individual and corporate sectors. It has seen a remarkable expansion over the recent five years.
