PROFI CREDIT closed the year 2008 with a profit of CZK 251 million

Pardubice, 30 January 2009. In 2008, the total revenues of PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. were CZK 1.38 billion, which is 23% more than 2007, with total revenues of CZK 1.12 billion. The after-tax profit amounted to CZK 251 million with a growth of 23%. These are non-audited results. 

In 2008, PROFI CREDIT Czech provided its clients with loans in a total nominal amount of almost CZK 2.012 billion. With a 94% share, the production was dominated by loans to individuals; 6% of the loans were provided to entrepreneurs and tradesmen. In total, PROFI CREDIT Czech concluded more than 38,000 contracts in 2008. 

With respect to the production, the most successful regions concern the region of Pardubice (Eastern Bohemia) with loans in a total nominal amount of CZK 421.5 million, the region of Mladá Boleslav (Central and Northern Bohemia) with loans in a total nominal amount of CZK 367.2 million and the region of České Budějovice (Southern and Western Bohemia) with CZK 349 million. PROFI CREDIT Czech also has branches in Prague, Brno and Ostrava.
