Strategy of the financial group Profireal Group
The strategic objective of the company Profireal Group is to build up a strong financial group that will provide its services to a broad range of clients. Profireal Group offers its services in the area of providing credits to non-enterprising private persons and entrepreneurs, as well as in the field involving surrendering, administering and enforcing of overdue debts.
Profireal Group focuses especially on the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. After the launch of its activities in the Czech and Slovak republics in the year 2000, the company entered Poland later in the year 2004, and the company PROFI CREDIT started to operate in Bulgaria in 2006. In the meantime, the outstanding debt surrendering and administering functions had been excluded from the portfolio of the company providing credits, and these activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia were taken over by the company PROFIDEBT earlier in 2005. In the year 2007, Profireal Group provided its first credits also in Romania through its daughter company PROFI CREDIT IFN SA. Possibilities of entering the Russian market are being assessed at the moment, where Profireal Group had set up its representation already in the year 2007.
In order to ensure additional growth of the financial group Profireal Group, its transition to a holding structure took place in the course of the year 2007, with the company seat now being in Netherlands.
